1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 1971tk ("the Platform", "we", "us") and any individual ("you", "the Player") who accesses, registers on, or uses the 1971tk online gaming platform at 1971tk.club. By completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and that you agree to be bound by them.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered through 1971tk, including but not limited to European Roulette, Lottery, E-Sports betting, Entertainment titles, Tongits Go, Money Wheel, and any future game categories added to the platform. They also apply to the 1971tk mobile application.

If you are accessing 1971tk on behalf of another person, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms. In practice, accounts are personal and non-transferable — see Section 3 for details.

2 Eligibility

To register and play on 1971tk, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of 1971tk or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from 1971tk or any affiliated platform.

1971tk reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If satisfactory documentation is not provided within the timeframe requested, the account may be suspended until verification is complete. Winnings accumulated during an unverified period may be withheld pending verification.

If it is discovered at any point that a player did not meet the eligibility requirements at the time of registration — in particular the age requirement — the account will be closed immediately, all bets placed will be voided, and any deposits will be returned to the original payment source. No winnings will be paid out.

3 Account Registration

Each player may hold exactly one account on 1971tk. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same mobile number, the same payment method, or the same device — is strictly prohibited. Accounts found to be duplicates will be closed without notice, and any bonuses or winnings associated with the duplicate account will be forfeited.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process. Providing false information is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. 1971tk will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or any other channel. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately.

• Account credentials are personal and non-transferable.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• 1971tk is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to secure your credentials.
• Two-factor authentication is available and strongly recommended for all accounts.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 1971tk are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All payment accounts used must be registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to someone other than the registered player — are not permitted and will be returned.

Deposits are credited to your 1971tk account in real time following confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear in your account within five minutes of the transaction being confirmed by your payment app, contact support with the transaction reference number.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless an alternative has been approved by the support team. Processing times are typically within a few minutes for standard requests. Withdrawals may be subject to additional verification checks, particularly for large amounts or accounts that have not previously completed a withdrawal.

• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed on the cashier page.
• 1971tk does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Your payment provider may apply their own fees.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived funds are subject to wagering requirements — see Section 5.
• 1971tk reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

1971tk offers bonuses and promotional credits to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement means you must place bets totalling a specified multiple of the bonus amount before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable. The applicable multiplier is stated in the individual bonus offer.

• Bonuses must be used within their stated validity period. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms.
• 1971tk reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met.
• Attempting to abuse bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts — will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.
• Certain game types may contribute differently to wagering requirements. The contribution rates are stated in the individual bonus terms.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on 1971tk are subject to the specific rules of the game or event being wagered on, in addition to these general Terms. Game-specific rules are displayed within each game interface and on the relevant game information pages.

A bet is considered confirmed once it has been accepted by the 1971tk server and a confirmation reference has been issued. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation. In the event of a technical error that prevents a bet from being confirmed, the stake will be returned to your account balance.

• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface.
• 1971tk reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical fault.
• For live dealer games, the result is determined by the physical action observed in the live stream. In the event of a stream interruption, the result recorded by the dealer's system is final.
• For digital games, results are determined by a certified Random Number Generator. The RNG certification is available in the platform's compliance documentation.
• Winnings are credited to your account balance immediately following the settlement of each game round.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 1971tk. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may result in legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to place bets or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a known error are void.
• Engaging in money laundering or using the platform to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargeback fraud on deposits.
• Registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

1971tk reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.

In the event of account closure due to a Terms violation, any bonus funds and winnings derived from prohibited activity will be forfeited. Real-money deposits that are not associated with prohibited activity will be returned to the original payment source after any applicable investigation period.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 48 hours. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed normally.

• Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant.
• Dormant accounts may be subject to an inactivity fee as stated in the fee schedule on the cashier page.
• Players who have self-excluded may not request account reopening during the self-exclusion period.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 1971tk platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, text, and audio-visual elements — is the property of 1971tk or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without the express written permission of 1971tk.

• The 1971tk name, logo, and brand assets may not be used without written authorisation.
• Screen recording or streaming of live dealer games is prohibited without prior written consent.
• Any unauthorised use of platform content may result in account closure and legal action.

10 Privacy & Data

1971tk collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, how we protect it, and your rights in relation to it.

In summary: we collect the information you provide during registration and during the course of your use of the platform. We use this information to operate your account, process transactions, comply with legal obligations, and improve the platform. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

11 Responsible Gaming

By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that gaming carries financial risk and that you are responsible for managing your own play within your means.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 1971tk's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — is limited to the amount of real-money deposits you have made in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

1971tk is not liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the platform.
• Service interruptions caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including internet outages, payment provider downtime, or force majeure events.
• Losses resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials.
• Any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.

13 Amendments to These Terms

Your continued use of the 1971tk platform following notification of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support.

14 Governing Law & Disputes
